You may not know it yet, but if you suffer depression, anxiety, addiction, 0r some other mental or emotional difficulty, you have the resources within you to feel better. You can be happier, more productive, and feel more fulfilled. With my training, skills and 15 years of experience, I will work with you to create healing. You are the expert on you, not the therapist. I use an eclectic, client-centered approach and match the best, evidenced-based practices that will work for you.

I earned my Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco. All schools of psychology, as well as spiritual traditions, are considered and valued at CIIS, including the following: Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Psychology, Mindfulness, Psychodynamics, Self Psychology, Gestalt and more.
